LeveliU respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Info: We use Google Auth to authenticate you. We store your email address and display name to create and manage your account.
- Career Data:The CV text, job descriptions, salary goals, skills, and educational history you input for analysis.
- Usage Data:Your interaction history with the AI Coach, translator logs, and gamification progress (XP, Ranks, Quests).
- Device & Payment Data: Technical information required for security (Firebase App Check), analytics, and subscription management (RevenueCat).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly to provide the App's services:- To generate career plans, CV analyses, and translations via the Google Gemini API.
- To track your XP and gamification progress.
- To manage your subscription status and entitlements.
- To improve app performance, fix bugs, and ensure security.
3. AI Processing
To provide our services, the text you input (CVs, chat messages, job descriptions) is sent to our AI provider (Google Vertex AI).- Processing Purpose: This data is sent solely to generate the specific response you requested.
- No Public Training: We have configured our AI usage such that your data is not used to train public models in a way that identifies you or leaks your personal information.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the trusted infrastructure providers required to operate the App:- Google Firebase: For secure cloud hosting, database, and authentication.
- RevenueCat: For processing subscriptions and validating purchase receipts.
- Google Vertex AI: For processing your text inputs to generate insights.
5. Data Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.6. Your Rights
- Access & Correction: You can view and edit your profile data directly within the App.
- Deletion You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the "Delete Account" button in the "My Account" section. This process is irreversible.
- Export: You can export generated reports (PDFs) directly from the App.
